Casa Coneja Olive Oil

100% olive oil, handpicked by us (and our friends!) in our 4 acre olive orchard in Ukiah, California, and pressed at our local mill in Hopland. 

Our olive oil is made with a blend of five different Tuscan varietals, with notes of grass, white pepper, and orange rind. Best used as a finishing oil, in salad dressings, as a topping on ice cream, or straight out of the bottle with some salt and crusty bread. 

Our oil will mellow out with age - let it rest in a cool, dark place for a couple of months and it will develop into a quieter, buttery, pure olive flavor.

Available in 500 and 250 ml bottles.
